On 27 April, the Finnish Security and Intelligence Service (SUPO) and the Finnish Institute of International Affairs (FIIA) are jointly organising the FIIA Forum 2022: Changes and challenges in the Nordic security climate. The seminar addresses the profound changes taking place in the Nordic security climate. You can follow the seminar live online.

In the FIIA Forum 2022: Changes and challenges in the Nordic security climate, Head of SUPO Antti Pelttari, Head of the Swedish Security Service, SÄPO, Charlotte von Essen, and Head of the Norwegian Police Security Service, PST, Hans Sverre Sjøvold will be discussing the changed security situation. The panel will be moderated by Katri Makkonen.

The seminar will be launched by a panel attended by Director of FIIA Mika Aaltola, Senior Analyst with SUPO Veli-Pekka Kivimäki, Nonresident Senior Fellow with the Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security Transatlantic Security Initiative at the Atlantic Council Robert Nurick, and Director for Northern Europe at the Atlantic Council Anna Wieslander. The panel will be moderated by Charly Salonius-Pasternak, Leading Researcher with FIIA.
